Booking & Payments
How booking works
- Choose your course, trip, rental dates or products.
- Submit the booking form with your dates, participants and hotel.
- We check availability and confirm by email or WhatsApp — usually the same day.
- Pay a deposit to hold the place, or settle in full.
- You receive a confirmation with your meeting point and transfer time.
What you need to tell us
Your hotel name and room number if you want the free Hurghada transfer, your riding level so we prepare the right equipment, your weight and shoe size for harness and booties, and anything medical that could matter on the water.
Payment methods
Only methods the business has switched on appear at checkout. Card and PayPal gateways are connected as they are activated — until then we send payment instructions directly. We never ask for card details by email or WhatsApp.
Deposits
A deposit secures your dates, which matters in high season when courses fill. The balance is due before your first session. Liveaboard trips use a 30% deposit with the balance due 60 days before departure.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown in euro and are per person unless stated otherwise. Course prices include equipment and free hotel transfer inside Hurghada. Transfers from Makadi Bay, Sahl Hasheesh and El Gouna cost €20 per car.
What is not included
Personal travel and accident insurance, food, flights, and transfers from outside Hurghada. We strongly recommend personal insurance — kitesurfing is an adventure sport and standard travel policies do not always cover it.
Invoices and vouchers
Registered customers can download vouchers and invoices from the Documents section of their dashboard once a booking is confirmed.
