Cancellation Policy

Courses and day use

You may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your first session. Inside 48 hours the deposit is retained and any balance already paid is refunded. Guests who do not arrive and have not contacted us are charged in full.

If we cancel

If we cancel a session for wind or safety reasons you never lose the money. We reschedule for the next usable slot during your stay at no extra cost, and if your departure date makes that impossible we refund the unused hours.

Equipment rental

Rentals can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the pick-up date. Inside 24 hours the first day is charged. Equipment returned early is not refunded for the unused days.

Liveaboard trips

Liveaboard bookings work on a different schedule because cabins are held against the boat:

• A 30% deposit is required to confirm and is non-refundable
• The balance is due 60 days before departure
• Bookings made inside 60 days are payable in full
• Cancellations inside 60 days are non-refundable

Where a trip cannot run for reasons within the operator's control, we will offer an alternative departure, a credit, or a refund.

Shop orders

Unused items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery or collection. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and checked.

How to cancel

Contact us by email or WhatsApp with your booking reference. Registered customers can also request a cancellation from their dashboard, which sends the request straight to our bookings team.
