If you already ride independently, the Day Use Program gives you the spot without the lesson. You get unlimited kiting time for the day, transport within Hurghada, rescue cover on the water, and beach boy service for launching, landing and carrying.

It is the simplest way to ride safely somewhere you do not know: someone is watching the water, someone can get to you, and your gear does not sit unattended on the sand.

Who this is for

You must be able to ride upwind, self-launch and self-land without assistance. Equipment is not included.

What is included

  • Kite equipment — bring your own or add a rental

What to bring

  • Your own kite, board, bar and harness
  • Impact vest and helmet if you use them
  • Swimwear, towel and sun protection
  • A refillable water bottle

Safety

Day Use is supervised riding, not instruction. You are responsible for your own equipment and decisions. Rescue cover means someone is watching the water and can reach you — it does not replace your own judgement about wind, gear choice and right of way. Riders who cannot self-launch, self-land and ride upwind should book a course instead.

Kite Dates ECC centre, El Ahia Street, Hurghada — or your hotel lobby if you are using the free transfer.

Questions about this course

Can I rent equipment with the Day Use Program?
Yes. Day Use covers beach access, transport, rescue and assistance — equipment is separate. Add a rental package for the same dates and we will have your kit ready when you arrive.
What level do I need?
You must ride upwind, self-launch and self-land without help. If someone still needs to launch you or walk your board back, book a Level 4 & 5 course first — it costs more but it is the thing that unlocks independent riding.
Is there a rescue boat?
Rescue cover is included and staff monitor the riding area. Tell us before you go out if you are riding far downwind so we know where to look.

    Really nice spot, good for everybody, from beginner to pro because of the conditions there — steady wind, not crowded. The instructors are very friendly and teach really well. After kiting you sit around with the crew, drink coffee or good tea and talk about your practice and what you can do better the next day. Pick-up service from the hotel was the best, and for free, and always on time. If the wind is not good you don’t go out, so you don’t pay for bad conditions — that’s great. I definitely recommend it. The kite rental was also very good, nice equipment.
